The Bon Festival begins in Japan.
Many people go home in the parents' house and go out in trips. Each local roads and airports begin to be crowded very much.
It is Japan's original event that ancestral ghosts visit the descendant in The Bon Festival and interchange.
Russians seem to come with ancestors in the Bon Festival, too.
The Russian military started the military exercise that 1,000 or more participated in in the Japanese northern territories and Chishima Islands the day before yesterday.
It is four islands of North Hokkaido that promised definitely that President Putin returns the northern territories to Japan.
